GENERAL T.O.S

-> Please be Respectful and Patient. I work 40+ hours / weeks.
I use my spare time to do commissions.

✦ Expected Wait : 1 Week to 2 Months once started.
✦ If theres any Unexpected Delays, I will message you in advance about it.

✦ Please, Do not ask for updates regurlary. If I have any progress done, I will send them to you. This Said, You can still ask for one once in a while, But with my work shifts, 3 days is not enough most of the time.

✦ I have the right to refuse any orders if I feel Like I cannot do it.

-> Payments can be done anytime before the Piece Is done.

✦ If you rather pay Afterwards, You have 5 days after I send the final Picture to do so. ; For Custom ; If there are no replies after the time Limit, I have the right to resell the Character to someone else.

✦ If On Hold, You have 5 days after the date of payment to text me back. If you need more time we Can agree to another week. If you do not answer to my messages in the time limit, I have the Right to Resell The Hold to someone else.

✦ You will NOT receive any High Quality Images of the Art Before Payment.
✦ If Paid Upfront ; Refunds can be done anytime Before the Art Is Colored.

-> Do Not Trace or Copy My Things.

✦ Proper Credit is necessary if you Repost my Art. I would appreciate if you LINK one of my Medias [see my Menu], But Giving my @ is alright as long as the App is mentionned.✦ Feel free to feel Inspired from my Art. Do not Excessively Copy My Art - style - & Designs.✦ Do Not Copy & Paste my Art Into Yours.
✦ Do Not Get Profit Off My Art.

ADOPTABLE & CUSTOMS

-> Do Not Claim My Designs as Your Creation.

✦ You are paying for MY Time and Creativity, You did not make the Design.✦ You are not Required To Credit or Mention Me unless you are Selling / Trading.

✦ Please keep me authorized On Toyhouse when owning my Designs. I like to keep track of what is happenning. Not doing so can get you blacklisted.

-> Redesigning Is Fine.

✦ If Redesigned, You can Claim Credits for the Redesigned Version.✦ You can Redesign my designs as Long as I keep Credit for the ORIGINAL one.

✦ If you plan on Selling / Trading, Please Follow and Use My T.O.S

-> Do not Resell my Designs for a higher currency than you paid them For, Unless you Provide Adds-On.
